At TrendAdda, customer satisfaction is our priority. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before placing an order.

Returns

• Products can be returned within 7 days of delivery.

• Item must be:

  • Unused

  • In original packaging

  • With all tags & accessories intact

Non-Returnable Items

The following products are not eligible for return:

• Personal care items

• Innerwear & lingerie

• Used or damaged products by customer

• Items without original packaging

Damaged / Wrong Product

If you receive:

• Wrong item

• Damaged product

• Missing item

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

• Order ID

• Unboxing video/photos

Refund Process

• Once return is approved, refund will be processed within 5-7 business days

• Refund will be sent to:

  • Original payment method

  • Or bank account/UPI for COD orders

Cancellation Policy

• Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only.

• Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.

Important Notes

• TrendAdda reserves the right to reject returns if products are found used or damaged.

• Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the mistake is from our side.
